  • GF 201HTAPAE is a 3.4 mil polymeric matte white calendered vinyl coated with a clear acrylic high-tack permanent adhesive (HTAP) on a 90# air-egress (AE) layflat liner. This vinyl is designed to accept a variety of solvent, eco-solvent, UV curable and latex digital inks common to wide format digital printing systems. The HTAPAE adhesive can be adhered to a variety of substrates such as metals, painted metals, smooth wood, plywood, primed MDO board and vinyl. It also works well on ABS, styrene, polyester, polycarbonate and smooth polyolefins. The 90# liner offers excellent product layflat in a variety of ambient conditions along with ease of application of large format graphics.

  • GF 209AE MetroMark® is a 3.5 mil matte white polymeric flexible opaque vinyl film coated with a removable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive on a 90# air-egress (AE) layflat liner. This film is designed to accept latex, solvent-based inkjet and UV curable inks common to wide format digital printing systems and can be sheeted for screen printing. The 90# AE liner offers excellent product layflat in a variety of ambient conditions, along with ease of application of large format graphics. GF 209AE is designed for temporary applications including product markings, point-of-purchase decals, transportation advertising systems, and tri-vision indoor/outdoor billboard displays. GF 209AE will conform to simple curves and has excellent hiding characteristics for multi-layered graphics. The adhesive formulation allows for install on glass and OEM painted metal with a surface temperature of 20°F.

  • GF 285 RoughMark™ is a 3.5 mil matte white opaque polymeric vinyl film coated with a solvent acrylic high-tack removable (HTR) pressure sensitive adhesive on a 90# layflat liner. Its thick HTR adhesive is designed to aggressively grip onto textured substrates such as brick or block, yet cleanly remove without leaving adhesive residue on the contact surface. The 90# liner provides excellent dimensional stability for digital printing. GF 285 accepts a variety of solvent-based, eco-solvent, latex and *UV curable inks common to wide format digital printing systems. *For UV Curable inks, please consult with the ink manufacturer for specifics on ink flexibility.

  • GF 109 is a 5.0 mil scratch resistant clear laminate with a textured matte finish. This laminating film is an inexpensive and durable alternative to polycarbonate film. It has a permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive formulated for exceptional clarity. Produced on a 1.5 mil polyester clear liner, the laminate has an extremely smooth adhesive coating. GF 109 can be paired with approved print films to create graphics for tile and carpet. GF 109 has been rated for slip resistance based on multiple testing methods. UL 410 approved for slip resistance on interior floors and commercial carpets.

  • GF 226 is a 6.0 mil matte white semi-rigid calendared vinyl film. This product has a specially formulated microsphere removable acrylic adhesive backed by a 90# layflat liner. The combination of vinyl and adhesive allows for ease of repositioning the graphic during installation and superior removability from normal wall surfaces. The 90# tight release liner provides excellent stability for processing using standard solvent and UV curable and latex digital inks common to wide format digital printing systems.

GF 223 is a removable decal film designed for ease of application of temporary interior or exterior signage, decals, nameplates, diecut letters and point-of-purchase displays. Semi-rigid films are easy to handle due to their rigidness and thus can be applied quickly.
