Overview
The Eclipse die free flatbed cutting solution is designed for the Printing, Sign and Packaging industries. It is a cost-effective solution for sample making and short-run production of adhesive sheets, business cards, invitations, labels, small packaging, tags and more. The Eclipse Plus can oscillate, cut, kiss cut, decal cut and crease a crariety of paper and card stock up to 6mm thick andup to B2+ sheet size.
The Eclipse is integrated with an oscillating tool, cutting tool, creasing wheel tool and plotting pen. Import DXF, PLT, or HP/GL files into the Eclipse controller for processing and cutting. No physical cutting dies are required. Furthermore, the automatic sheet feeding system is designed ot load and cut without hte need of an operator.
Features and Tools
The Eclipse features cutting and creasing, precise automatic positioning system, high-definition CCD camera, automatic feeder and an optional bar code management system. Tools include 2 knife positions, 1 creasing tool, 1 electirc oscillating tool (EOT) and CCD camera registration.
